Yogurt covered blueberries: Dip blueberries in yogurt (aim for Greek) and stick each with a toothpick, gently to push it off onto a baking sheet.  Place baking sheet in freezer and after about an hour, pop them off of the baking sheet and into a freezer bag.

Roasted chick peas or sweet potato chips: Simply add a dab of olive oil and kosher salt to drained and washed chic peas or sliced sweet potatoes. Put in a preheated oven at 400 degrees until lightly brown. Turn over periodically.

Make your own trail mix: Feel free to choose from a mix of almonds, dark chocolate chips, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, coconut shavings, goji berries, pumpkin seeds, and whole grain cereal.  Just be careful of serving size – keep to ¼ cup if possible!

Veggies and hummus: Turkey roll-ups with some sliced veggies, a slice of cheese, and/or thin spread of hummus or guacamole!

Apple or celery with peanut butter or almond butter
